Bottle washing machine is stand on heavy iron angles. It consist of stainless steel tank , motor 1/ 4 h.p. 1440 r.p.m 220 volt A.C, drill chuck , brushes . Machine is mounted with drill chuck. Kindly open the drill chuck with key and insert brush in drill chuck. Kindly start the machine.. By hand you will use the bottle to wash. Bottle will be inserted in rotating brush for cleaning purpose. After brushing bottles are kept in rinse in opposite direction so that it can be washed properly. 12 nos. bottle can be hanged in rinser . Through direct water with the help of rubber pipe can be used for washing purpose. One valve is used if there is no need of water.
